Wise Heating & Air Conditioning – Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing.
Jobs quoted may require a minimum of 50% down payment to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of equipment to the job site or upon substantial completion of labor, whichever occurs first.

Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance.
Payments not received within 60 days will incur a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance.
Payments not received within 90 days will incur a late fee of 15% of the outstanding balance, and Wise Heating & Air Conditioning reserves the right to pursue collections, legal action, or other remedies to recover unpaid amounts.
Customer shall also be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, and third-party collection agency fees.

Any equipment installed by Wise Heating & Air Conditioning remains the property of Wise Heating & Air Conditioning until paid for in full.
In the event of non-payment, Wise Heating & Air Conditioning reserves the right to reclaim, remove, or disable installed equipment to satisfy unpaid balances, subject to applicable law.

All written quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are subject to change if equipment or material costs increase prior to job approval.

Manufacturer warranties apply only to covered parts and equipment as specified by the manufacturer.
Labor, refrigerant, freight, pickup/return of warranty parts, and additional materials are not covered under manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated in writing by Wise Heating & Air Conditioning.

While every effort will be made to begin and complete work on schedule, Wise Heating & Air Conditioning is not liable for delays caused by back-ordered equipment, freight carriers, weather, labor shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Wise Heating & Air Conditioning is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper electrical supply, clogged drain lines, inadequate ductwork, or failure of non-replaced components connected to the serviced system.

By approving a quote, scheduling service, or receiving equipment/labor from Wise Heating & Air Conditioning, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
