Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Wise Heating & Air Conditioning (“Company”).
Authorization to Perform Work
By requesting service, scheduling work, or allowing Wise Heating & Air Conditioning to perform services, the customer authorizes the Company to perform the requested work and agrees to all terms outlined herein.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to payments made by credit or debit card. Customers who prefer to pay by cash or check may request removal of the card processing fee prior to payment.
Late Payment Policy
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date are subject to a 10% late payment charge.
Invoices 60 days past due are subject to an additional 10% late payment charge.
Invoices 90 days past due may incur an additional 10% late payment charge and may be sent to collections.
Customer agrees to be responsible for all costs of collection, including collection agency fees, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees where permitted by law.
After-Hours / Emergency Service
After-hours, weekend, holiday, and emergency services may be subject to premium rates. Authorization of such service constitutes acceptance of applicable charges.
Warranty & Limitations
Repairs are warranted only on the specific work performed. No warranty is expressed or implied on existing equipment, unrelated components, customer-supplied materials, or age-related failures. Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are subject to manufacturer terms and approval and may not include labor, refrigerant, diagnostic fees, or freight unless specifically stated.
Equipment Condition & Age Disclaimer
Due to the age, condition, or prior service history of HVAC equipment, additional failures may occur that are unrelated to the work performed. Wise Heating & Air Conditioning is not responsible for failures of unrelated components.
Access & Safety
Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to all equipment. The Company reserves the right to refuse or suspend service if unsafe conditions exist.
Permits & Code Compliance
Permits and inspections will be obtained when required and when specifically included in the scope of work. Existing systems may not meet current code requirements; upgrades are not included unless stated in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Wise Heating & Air Conditioning shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, property damage, or loss of income resulting from equipment failure or delays beyond the Company’s control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting service, scheduling work, allowing work to be performed, or paying an invoice, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
